Our Personal Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days (10
Warren Street, New York, NY 10007) and we will give you a refund or exchange
your product, whichever you prefer. All returns should be in their original
packaging. Please clean all fountain pens before returning them to us.
Sorry, no returns can be accepted on engraved items.

The security of your personal and credit
information is very important to us. This is why all online orders
are encrypted using both Secure Sockets Layer and PGP technology.
Also, unlike many e-commerce sites, we don't store any
customer information whatsoever on our web server.
You can be confident that any information you submit to

Warranty Information:
Most new pens are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Should you require service, the manufacturer's authorized service department
may be contacted directly.
