Montblanc introduces the Meisterstuck Around the World in 80 Days, a new collection that brings life the story of the best-selling novel with elegant design elements. Around the World IN Eighty Days is an adventure novel by French writer Jules Verne that tells the story of British gentleman Phileas Foggs extraordinary trip around the world in 80 days. The indigo blue and the wave pattern of the collection are inspired by the ocean journey from the Suez Canal to Bombay. The steamboat is laser engraved on the cap of each edition, while the clip is adorned with the ace of spades in black lacquer. The 18 days required to complete the first leg of the trip are engraved on the front.

PRECIOUS RESIN EDITION The Resin Legrand & Classique are made of blue precious resin with an embossed pattern of important moments of Phileas Foggs journey. The Resin Doue Edition is decorated with engravings of the wave pattern and steamship on the platinum-coated cap. The barrel of the pen is made of a blue translucent lacquer with a subtle effect. The fountain pen is enhanced with a 14kt gold nib, available in M and F. The Doue Fountain pen is enhanced with a 18kt gold nib available in M and F.

SOLITAIRE EDITION The Cap and barrel of the Solitaire Edition are crafted using blue translucent lacquer with a milled pattern representing the key elements of the first 18 days of the journey: Ocean waves and a steamboat. It also features the steamboat cartouche. The 18kt handcrafted bi-color rhodium and champagne tone gold-coated nib, available in medium and fine is decorated with the hot air balloon that often appeared in Jules Vernes stories. Piston Fill. The collection is completed with a matching rollerball and ball pen.
