His extant works, consist of some 39 plays and 154 sonnets. S.T. Dupont pays homage to Shakespeare, with a fine writing and lighter collection limited to 1564 pieces, the writer's birth-year.
S.T. DUPONT SHAKESPEARE COLLECTION
A pen is not only a beautifully designed object, but the strongest way to communicate thoughts and ideas. The Shakespeare pen collection is hand-crafted at the S.T. Dupont workshop in Faverge, France. Each pen receives over 150 handcrafted operations and controls to ensure writing perfection. Made from brass and lacquered with natural Urushi lacquer, the pen is adorned with distinguishing features celebrating the life of Shakespeare: The Pen Cap: Enriched with handwritten lines from an original William Shakespeare memorandum, painted in lustrous natural brown lacquer with glitter dust. The Pen top: S.T. Dupont was inspired by one of Shakespeare's most famous plays, Hamlet. The plot begins with the ghostly apparition of Hamlet's father, king of Denmark, and explores the theme of revenge. In this play, Shakespeare personifies death, the inevitable, by the Yorick skull. This symbolic skull can be found on all items of the collection and is set into the cap top. The Pen Clip: Dedicated to the famous decree by English author, Edward Bulwer-Lytton (1839), that the The pen is mightier than a sword. The phrase is embedded in modern philosophy and underscores the influence of thinking and writing on people and events over the use of force or violence. Shakespeare, during Act 2, Scene 2 of Hamlet wrote: ... many wearing rapiers are afraid of goosequills. A phrase that has close parallels with Edwards later written English proverb. S.T. Dupont represents this notion with an entirely new articulated clip, shaped like a sword, with an S.T. Dupont D handle. Shakespeare's signature is replicated on the brown natural lacquer of the pens barrel. Available in fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint pen. The fountain pen and rollerball cap close and posts with the S.T. Dupont iconic 'click' to echo their famous lighter 'ping' sound. The fountain pen is enhanced with the S.T. Dupont 14kt gold nib. Cartridge/converter fill included.

A tribute to Paris from S.T. Dupont, the ‘Paris with Love’ collection is designed to capture the distinctive spirit and energy of Parisian life. Featuring a fun, irreverent design.
Nothing captures the noble magnificence of Paris more than the grand Haussmann architecture that graces so many of the capital’s streets. Baron Haussmann was the visionary architect that transformed Paris into the City of Light and ushered in La Belle Époque, opening up wide avenues with grand facades, lining the streets with flickering gas lamps and turning Paris into one of the most charming and architecturally significant cities in history. The limited-edition collection ‘From Paris With Love’ captures the spirit of elegance and permanence of Parisian Haussmann architecture to create a remarkable writing instrument. The Line D writing instrument evokes one of the classic corner constructions of the city’s grand Haussmannian buildings, with elegant stories created in a Paris stone effect, edged with gold metal detail and a cap modelled on a domed zinc roof top. The Limited Collection is presented in an exclusive glass globe set on a black wood stand, featuring Parisian skyline decor as well as a bench and a miniature gas lamp illuminated with an LED light. The fountain pen is enhanced with an 18kt medium gold nib and a separate rollerball front end section is enclosed to convert your luxurious fountain pen into a rollerball when the fancy strikes.

Celebrating the 70th anniversary of Fender! Since 1946, Fender's meticulous craftsmanship has made it one of the most renowned names in the musical world. To this day, the biggest names in music are inspired by the Fender way of transforming wood and metal strings into beautiful musical instruments.
A collection tribute to the iconic Stratocaster, S.T. Dupont has reinvented the traditional art of lacquering to transform the iconic sunburst patina of the FENDER Stratocaster into a special anniversary collection of handcrafted writing instruments.
These incredibly designed pens are both rich in texture and aesthetics. The writing instrument is a brass base under Chinese or S.T. Dupont lacquer. The design of the pen is different from rollerball to ball point. For the rollerball, the Dupont and Fender logos have been beautifully engraved on the pen as well as on the cap. S.T.Dupont celebrates its 140th anniversary (1872 – 2012) with the Second Empire Limited Edition. This new limited edition is an invitation to travel in the years 1872, at the time of Napoleon III and Empress Eugenie.
The proclamation of Empire under Emperor Napoleon III opened a period of great prosperity for France: in the economic sphere as well as in literature and the arts. This period also saw a blossoming of French architecture, with the modernization of the city of Paris by Baron Haussmann. The Second Empire Style, also known as Napoleon lll style, inspired the great French furniture houses. Their intention was to design each piece of furniture as an architectural work. The results were stunning, for their sophistication of execution, their richness of detail and their technical perfection. With this Second Empire limited edition, S.T. Dupont pays tribute to Second Empire Style, drawing inspiration from the splendor and sophistication of the furniture of that period. The clip of the pen is inspired by Second Empire style furniture, highlighting splendour and sophistication. The clip is hand-sculpted from bronze and hand-set with 8 rubies. The pen top is adorned with D&D as a tribute to Lucien and Andre Tissot Dupont, who created the brand in 1872. Engraved medallions are featured on the barrel bottom of the fountain pen, and the opulent 18kt gold nib. Cartridge/Converter fill. Characterized by its red lacquer and pale gold finish, the Second Empire features delicately etched motifs and a medallion containing the S.T. Dupont double *D*. It is produced in 1872 numbered copies and comes with an opulent pen stand.

Place Vendome, commissioned by King Louis XIV, is defined by its majestic proportions and a strong sense of symmetry, as well as by its octagonal shape... unique in the world. It is also one of the most emblematic squares of French 17th century architecture. Following his victory at Austerlitz at the beginning of the 19th century, Napoleon enriched the square by erecting the Vendome Column, made using bronze from cannons left behind by the Austrians after the battle. S.T.Dupont has been inspired by this mythical square, which today hosts shops owned by the most famous French jewellers, to create a new limited edition decorated with added metal parts, sumptuous cornices, precious hematites and the subtle colour of grey lacquer, all set off by a luxurious palladium finish. The pen echoes the appearance of the column in the square. Napoleon’s famous quotation is engraved on the body of the pen - Impossible n’est pas français -(Nothing is impossible for the French).
This unique Limited Edition is numbered out of 1810 fountain pens and rollerballs, a reference to the date when Napoleon erected the Vendome Column. The 18 kt gold nib is available in medium width only, cartridge/converter fill.

One of the most visited monuments in France, the Chateau of Versailles was commissioned by Louis XIV in 1664 to be a center for the royal court. The many buildings attached to the chateau form a small town with a garden facade 575 meters long, one of the largest formal gardens ever created, containing fountains and canals and the King's hunting grounds. One of the chateau's notable features is the Galerie des Glaces or Hall of Mirrors which takes its name from the 357 mirrors it contains. From the start Versailles has been as much a showcase of French art and craftsmanship as a home for a king. S.T. Dupont's tribute pen draws inspiration from the chateau's omnipresent sun theme and royal emblems as the fleur-de-lis. White lacquer and exquisite gold decor, including an 18k gold nib on the fountain pen, recalls the decadent atmosphere of the salons, the baroque-style furniture, and the richly decorated ceilings. Numbered limited edition of 1686 pens, the date the Hall of Mirrors was opened. The fountain pen is enhanced with a medium 18kt gold nib. The collection is completed with an exquisite matching rollerball.
