If you have a pen that needs repair, please pack it securely in a hard box and ship, insured, to su for our free repair estimate. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number as wil as a note explaining the issues or work that you would like done to the pen. No work will be done to your pen prior to your approval. If you decline the repairs, your pen will be returned to you at no cost.
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for repairs to be completed upon your approval.
